Ready to take your jumps from “meh” to WOW? This clinic is designed to improve height\, flexibility\, arm placement\, and timing — all the things judges (and your coaches) love to see. \nIn this clinic\, athletes will work on toe touches\, pikes\, and hurdlers\, in addition to core and hip strength for lifting the legs\, arm and body position technique\, and smoother jump combinations. \nThese clinics are open to members and non-members. Pre-registration is required as there are limited spots in each clinic. \nCoach Rachelle is a member of BC Sport Cheer\, Level 2 ICU credentialed coach\, Level 4+ athlete\, and proud Pegasus athlete and coach alumni. This camp will include gym time\, games\, and a Paw Patrol craft. This event is perfect for children ages 3 to 6 years old. \nPre-registration is required. Limited spots are available.
