PRESCHOOL: AGES 6 MONTHS - 5 YEARS
During these classes for our youngest athletes (ages 6 months to 5
years old), we focus on independent learning and group learning skills. Our
safety-certified instructors teach the fundamentals of tumbling, parkour,
cheerleading, core strength, flexibility, and balance.
PARKOUR
Tumbling, jumping, strength, and agility all come into play when you’re
training to be your best. Athletes ages 6 to 14 learn how to flip, grip, jump,
and roll, all while having fun!

TUMBLING
From age 6 and up, beginner to advanced, we have a tumbling class
that’s perfect for everyone! A free tumbling assessment ensures your child
is placed in the right class before they start.
