BECOME A PARKOUR MASTER

Get in the zone with our parkour classes! Tumbling, jumping, strength, and agility all come into play when you’re training to be your best. Athletes ages 6 to 14 learn how to flip, grip, jump, and roll, all while having fun! In addition to physical skills, our parkour athletes learn life skills to help them overcome and adapt to new situations and obstacles.

  • Shoulder & Back Rolls
  • Balance Beam
  • Lache
  • Handstand & Cartwheel
  • Strength Stations For Skill Progression

LEVELS 3&4

  • Fundamental Body Positions
  • Strides On Raised Surfaces
  • Dash & Kong Vaults
  • Rolls
  • Balance Beam
  • Lache & Bar Jumps
  • Side Flips
