This event is all about community over competition and getting more individuals in our community enrolled in positive, safe, and supportive activities. We’d love to have you as part of it!
This event takes place on Saturday, March 1st at the Quinte Wellness Centre from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
As an organization, you know the benefits of being in extracurricular activities. From lifelong friendships and crucial life skills to better grades and mental health, sports make a difference to individuals, children, and families.
The Quinte Club Expo allows individuals to learn about the wide range of sports, clubs, and activities available to them, talk to organizations, and easily register in programs.
Businesses and organizations are encouraged to bring signage, marketing materials, and registration details to help individuals easily register for programs. All partnering organizations will be featured on our social media and email marketing.
We want this to be an incredible event for both our community and partnering organizations and make it easy to get involved.
It costs $125.00+HST for a vendor table. These fees include the full promotion of this event.
Based on similar events run in previous years, we anticipate a large attendance, especially with your participation!
This event will be marketed through:
– Our email marketing base to approximately 2,000 local families
– Our internal members through flyers, table tents, announcement TVs, class announcements, etc.
– Local community Facebook groups
– Paid Facebook advertisements
– Facebook event
– Flyers at each of the participating businesses
– Zone Athletics and Pegasus Cheer Facebook and Instagram pages (more than 3,500 followers combined)
– Zone Athletics’ outdoor marquis
– Vendor social media and email lists
This is the perfect way to promote your business, talk to your potential clients, and get registrations for your programs easily. Partnering organizations are welcome to bring signage, marketing materials, and registration equipment (such as iPads, computers, and Square). This event is about getting people to know your business!
