This event takes place on October 28th, 2023 from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. at The Zone (1989 Old Highway 2 in Belleville).

Vendors may park their vehicles and begin setting up at 11:30 a.m. They must be completely set up by 12:30 p.m.

Trunk or Treat is an annual community event where businesses, organizations, and parents decorate the trunk of their vehicles. They will provide children with peanut and tree-nut-free candy.

Businesses, organizations, and parents are also encouraged to set up a small game or activity the children can participate in. Ideas include hopscotch, “fishing” for candy, lollipop pull, or anything you can think of that is fun and creative.

All vendors will be featured on our social media and in our email marketing. We want this to be the BEST Halloween our community has ever had and ensure it’s one to remember.

Non-profit organizations: $15.00

Businesses: $25.00

These fees include full promotion of this event.

This annual event is one of our most popular events each year!

This event will be marketed through:

• Our email marketing base to approximately 1,700 families
• Our internal members through flyers, table tents, announcement TVs, class announcements, etc.
• Local community Facebook groups
• Paid Facebook advertisements
• Facebook event
• Flyers at each of the participating businesses
• Zone Athletics and Pegasus Cheer Facebook and Instagram pages (more than 3,500 followers combined)
• Zone Athletics’ outdoor marqui

Based on the marketing plan, we can anticipate upwards of 300 families.

Zone Athletics is fortunate to have a large parking lot and families can park directly on-site. Vendors will have a designated area and their vehicles will be backed up to our covered sidewalk area so this event can continue rain or shine.

This is the perfect way to promote your business while providing a fun service to the community.

Some ideas include:

• Hang your business banner on your vehicle
• Hand out swag along with candy
• Hand out flyers at your vehicle
• Meet the people of the community and get to know them

We do not have the ability for electric hook-up. If you are bringing a generator for your display, please indicate that on the registration form so we can plan for it.
