THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST IN BEING A VENDOR AT OUR YEAR-END SHOWCASE, WINGS UP!

This event is all about celebrating our season, showcasing the skills and routines our athletes have been working so hard on, and raising money for Hospice Quinte. We’d love to have you as part of it!

When Is Wings Up?

This event takes place on Saturday, April 26th at Eastside Secondary School from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.

What Does Is Cost To Be A Vendor?

It costs $50.00+HST for one vendor table or $75.00+HST for two tables. Chairs and tables are supplied by Zone Athletics.

 

These fees also include promotion of your organization before and during the event. As an approved vendor, your business will be featured in:

– social media posts

– marketing flyers

– email newsletters

What Are Vendors Responsible For?

Vendors are responsible for ensuring their display is well-presented and is available during the entire length of Wings Up.

How Many People Can We Expect Will Attend?

Based on previous years, we anticipate an attendance of approximately 500 eager and interested individuals, especially with your participation!

 

This event will be marketed through:
– Our email marketing base to approximately 2,000 local families
– Our internal members through flyers, table tents, announcement TVs, class announcements, etc.
– Local community Facebook groups
– Facebook event
– Flyers at each of the participating businesses
– Zone Athletics and Pegasus Cheer Facebook and Instagram pages (more than 3,500 followers combined)
– Vendor social media and email lists

How Can I Promote My Business/Organization?

This is the perfect way to promote your business, talk to your potential clients, and get sales for your products. Once approved, partnering organizations are welcome to bring signage, marketing materials, and registration equipment (such as iPads, computers, and Square).

Did You Say This Was Also A Fundraiser?

Correct! Each year, Wings Up chooses a local non-profit organization as the recipient of the event proceeds. This year, Wings Up is proud to be raising funds for Hospice Quinte, our local hospice that strives to “change the lives of the terminally ill, their families, and the bereaved for the better by providing individuals, their families, and caregivers with compassionate end of life care.” Hospice Quinte programs and services are provided at no charge and are reliant upon provincial funding and donations.

Please complete the vendor application before April 12th, 2025. If your application is approved, our event coordinator, Daelyn, will reach out to you before providing an invoice through Square. Since spots are limited, priority will be given to eligible vendors from our Pegasus Cheer and Zone Athletics families.
